Yooshopper accepts total responsibility to deliver maximum satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. In case you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased or want to cancel order, we assure to accept returns or cancellation within 12 hrs as per following norms:
Damaged / Defective:
Just in case, any Yooshopper product you have ordered is not received in perfect condition and turns out to be damaged, defective, or different from order placed by you, it may be returned.
For a refund or an exchange of the product within 12 Hrs from the date on which these goods are delivered, it must fulfill following requirements:
The product must be unused, in the same condition while you received it, in its original packaging with original tags. Please note that products damaged at the time of use do not qualify for a refund or replacement from Yooshopper.
We recommend you to not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered. Please feel free to contact customer service, if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money.
If any customer want to cancel his/her order, he she need can cancel order within 12 Hrs after placing the order. After 12 hours product will be shipped and customer is liable to pay shipping charges and reverse shipping charges for the product.
