Do not buy . Feel cheated

"I am highly disappointed with SAP Motors' service. I ordered a Steelbird shoe cover but received a product that is 2 years old. The quality is below average, and the seller is neither willing to replace nor refund the item. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any response—no calls or emails. I feel completely cheated and let down by this experience."
